Servy, the enterprise self-service platform for hospitality, has appointed Mimi Ciabarra as EVP, Partnerships. Ciabarra will be responsible for leading the expansion of partnerships within the Servy self-service solutions hospitality ecosystem, with a focus on point of sale, payment, loyalty and distribution integrations.

Mimi has had a diverse career and has over 20 years of experience spanning the retail, not-for-profit, entertainment, and ICT sectors, establishing herself as an authority in POS and third-party relationships. Mimi has held roles with Omnivore, Revel Systems and most recently as Chief Business Development Officer with OneDine. She is well recognized in the POS and ICT community for her expertise in forging partnerships that yield new business revenue.
Notable highlights in Mimi’s career include growing a retail business for 20 years in Pennsylvania spanning four major big box locations, and leading corporate sponsorships and partnerships at ArtsQuest, a not-for-profit organization, heading the largest free 10-day music festival in the US, Musikfest, along with various other year-round festivals. In addition, Mimi built the partnerships ecosystem for Revel Systems.
