Grab, the app that allows airport travelers to skip restaurant lines and get their order on the go, has attracted “significant investment” from Collinson, a global loyalty and benefits firm. Grab declined to reveal the amount of the investment or the percentage stake that Collinson has taken.

Collinson and Grab will work together to create new services for travelers and commercial opportunities for airport restaurants and retailers. Collinson will also support the acceleration of Grab’s roll out to expand to new markets globally. In addition to its financial investment, Collinson will take a seat on Grab’s board.

“We are excited to partner with Collinson and create engaging digital experiences in airport retail together. We are aligned in maximizing value for our partners while enhancing the airport experience for busy travelers on the go,” says Mark Bergsrud, founder and CEO of Grab.

Grab will be introduced at a selection of U.K. and U.S. airports to Priority Pass members, enabling them to order food and drink directly from the Priority Pass app for convenient pick up within minutes from participating outlets.
