Chief Experience Officer Jeff Livney tells Regional Gateway how the rebrand will impact its airport operations.

The change of name to Servy is a natural evolution of our company. We founded Grab in 2014 as an airport mobile ordering app for food and beverages. Since then, our business has expanded to offer a comprehensive range of self-service solutions catering to all hospitality areas. While we may be working under a new name, we remain committed to partnering with airports to provide innovative contactless order and  pay services that will enhance the overall passenger experience. The Grab Airport Marketplace and Grab app will remain crucial offerings under the broader Servy umbrella of solutions.
